Synopsis
Brer Rabbit decides to leave the Briar Patch. On the road, he becomes ensnared in a sapling trap. Just when he thinks he's done for, along comes Brer Bear. Brer Rabbit convinces Brer Bear to switch places with him in the trap in order to make "a dollar a minute." Just as Brer Fox arrives to retrieve his captive, Brer Rabbit gets away.

Comments
*Don't be fooled, this is NOT a Little Golden Book. The trademark Golden Book binding you see on the spine is actually just printed on the cover; it's not part of the actual binding. Nowhere does this book state that it was produced by Golden Books.
