Uncle Remus Porcelain Bisque (Date Unknown)

Although there is currently no evidence that this bisque is in fact Uncle Remus, take a look at the Disney rendering above. Note the hat, the pipe, the fishing pole, and the sitting stance.

Uncle Remus Bisque (Unconfirmed)

Production Date

Unknown

 Description

Unconfirmed Uncle Remus porcelain bisque. From the looks of it, it was used to hold toothpicks. On each side of Uncle Remus is a small pocket, as well as Uncle Remus' hand has a small hole for another toothpick to act as his fishing rod.

 Comments

I have not been able to find any documentation on this bisque, nor are there any markings on it that could help determine the date or manufacture. It doesn't even say "© WDP" which is unusual. Note the picture above shown next to the bisque and you will see the uncanny similarities between the Disney silouette rendering of Uncle Remus fishing and the bisque.
